  I was in there to purchase a ladder. Numerous ladders on the shelf and priced at 225.00. Get to register and rings up for 305. Ask yhe associate if the discount will apply once checked out . He asked if I took a picture of it. I replied no as I diddnt think I should have to take pics of sale items. So he has me walk back to the area and take a picture. Then I give him the Pic and he asks another lady for help but she was busy talking on a radio to a man in reference to her break. He even stated future practice take her meal break when they have better coverage. We explain the issue and show her the pic. She says she will be right back and walks to the isle again to confirm the pic I guess. I see her walking back and of course stopped to speak to 2 ladies standing infron of a isle then comes up and says sorry they were in the wrong place they are not on sale. I asked so lowes won't honor the price and she said nope sorry. I tried to speak to the lady outside and she said she was a Mgr and told her the story but she really diddnt seem like she cared. I understand why that store is slow in customers. Business going elsewhere including myself. I buy a low from lowes and this stores just killed it for me as not honoring sale price is a integrity issue. Not my fault merchandising put the sign on the wrong item.. I have noticed the company only responds on 3 and higher stars but not on anyone who tells them of a issue... tells where thier business mindset is.

  This place sucks. They won’t honor their sales. Even do thay have the items in stock they let you place the order than thay cancelled the order. I usualy don’t like to give bad reviews but this is the fourth time thats happent to me. Corporate needs to step up! Don’t put items on sale if you don’t want to sell on sale.

  Bought an adhesive mat online from them that would allow ceramic tile to be used as black backsplash on a wall in a kitchen. This product came off the walls, broke several pieces of ceramic tile in the process of falling off the wall in the middle of the night, and when I went to call customer service they were extremely unhelpful. The two ladies that I spoke to continuously told me that I needed to return it but because I used it already I could not return it... It's pretty obvious that if I already used a product it wouldn't be able to be returned but I wouldn't know that it didn't work unless it was used. The supervisor I ended up talking to offered me a $10 gift card, which is a complete slap in the face considering how much money this product cost me overall. This is the first last and only time I will ever use this company

  Absolutely the nicest Lowes I have ever been in. I use to be a GC for 2 lowes stores in Illinois for 20 years. And before that a kitchen installer and other things as well. This store was put together so well and clean! Only complaint was the older woman at the checkout in the pro area. Her attitude was absolutely horrid. So for that reason the store itself gets a 9.9 out of ten. The experience was 5.

  Bought a new stove. The yound man, I believe his name was Daniel did a fantastic job. Knew his job well.
