We moved 3 rooms of furniture out of the way to prepare for the install which wasn't an easy task. The morning of the install we got a call letting us know the time frame for it. The time came and nothing. We called twice asking for an update and no reply. Finally received a call from the installer and they said "we forgot". Can we reschedule 4 days from now! Are you kidding me?! We said no. Send someone tomorrow. A different installer showed up on time the next day and did a good job. We won't be buying carpet at Lowe's again.
