    We purchased carpet for 3 rooms and stairs. The assistants at the store were very helpful and the order was processed without any problems. Then came installation day. We moved 3 rooms of furniture out of the way to prepare for the install which wasn't an easy task. The morning of the install we got a call letting us know the time frame for it. The time came and nothing. We called twice asking for an update and no reply. Finally received a call from the installer and they said "we forgot". Can we reschedule 4 days from now! Are you kidding me?! We said no. Send someone tomorrow. A different installer showed up on time the next day and did a good job. We won't be buying carpet at Lowe's again.

    Forgot to place my curbside order yesterday. Don't do curbside for one smaller item, takes them more than 6 hrs to fufill it.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My mother is disabled, and has ordered over 4 appliances from here totaling over 10 grand in the last 4 months alone. She recently ordered a new built in oven from Lowe’s. First they deceived her and acted like install was included in the purchase then after it was delivered was when she was informed she must pay for install as well. They ended up paying for this, but it’s 2 months and it’s not installed still. The measurements for the oven were incorrect so when they FINALLY came 3 weeks ago we were unable to get it installed STILL. She then had to pay for her cabinets to be redone to fit the oven because LOWES had incorrect measurement for all of their appliances. By the way, the install team was supposed to do that as well but they were too lazy to do it because it was 6 pm on a Saturday and she was the last stop. Now both Lowe’s and the install team that work with them refuse to install it and are giving my mother the run around, and Lowe’s refused to allow her to speak to a manager. The manager, LOGAN at this store is atrocious and you’re absolutely disgusting human beings for taking advantage of a disabled woman who lives off disability. God sees all of your wrongs. My family will not be purchasing from Lowe’s EVER again. You’ve just lost my entire family as customers. And now we’re coming for your job too.
