She helped me with fabric comparisons for a sofa, and later 2 side chairs. She worked with others on her team to find the correct yardage that would be just enough but not too much which would have caused a delay waiting for a new shipment. She helped comparison price between an upholsterer I had previously used and Calico's upholsterer (more on that in another separate review). She uses her time wisely, never gets flustered, is always welcoming, and has many ideas for you!
