I purchased some steel wire mesh, which was bigger than I thought, and not ideal to fit inside my vehicle. Without me even asking, he offered to go get some card board so it wouldn’t scratch the inside of my car when we loaded it. He and another employee helped get it loaded safely and securely. I really appreciate them going the extra mile for me!

We went to Lowe’s and I was wondering about discounts and appliances and the people at the appliance desk must have been new and didn’t fully know all the discounts available so the next day I came back and I met Don. He understood what I was looking for also gave me all the information I needed. Walked me through the processes I would need to do to get where I wanted to be. He was extremely patient. I had the best customer service I’ve ever seen from Don. Don was the reason I bought every appliance in our new home is from Lowe’s. He is insanely knowledgeable and extremely helpful with appliance selection for what I wanted. Don, is a very valuable employee. Don is the reason I will continue to buy from Lowe’s. Lowe’s should have more people like Don. Thank You Don for being an incredible help and for making the home appliances process very smooth for us.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
