  Brad was wonderful when I locked the keys in at a family member's chemo appointment. 13 minutes from the time I placed the call to the vehicle being open. This was so appreciated, because we had already been there for appointments and infusion for 4 hours. When asked how much we owed, he asked if we were at the Cancer Center for someone. We said yes, and he said "no charge, have a great day". So kind. 💕

  Bought a 2001 Bmw x5 (suv) and my handle fell off, I was having a terrible week and being locked out of my car added to it. Everyone else wanted 80-150$ to unlock the door I called up JC security did it for 40$ and got it open in 5 seconds, handle is completely broken off but that was my fault, took him an hour to get there because of other clients but 100000% recommend these services for anyone locked out of there car/house the guy was very understanding and still unlocked the car even tho I was at work. 10/10 would recommend hopefully I don’t lock my car again but I’m saving this for later if ever needed

  I have used JC Security multiple times over the last hand full off years and has always been able to help me out and get me what I needed. Recently I called with a need for some keys for my wife’s Mercedes. Although he couldn’t personally take care of it. Brad went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find a place to take care of my issue! I’d recommend them for all your car key needs!

  I was just locked out of my house and to be honest, at 11pm on a cold fall night, all I wanted was to get inside. I spoke with Brad on the phone. He gave me different cost options to solve my predicament and did not pressure me one way or the other. Someone was here in less than 10 minutes. The people involved were kind, professional, understanding, and didn’t make me uncomfortable or badly about my situation at all. If anything, I was completely relieved to receive the efficient help. The short duration that it took him to get me inside was well worth the money. The price was completely reasonable considering the time, and I could not be more appreciative. Thank you very much!! Literally cannot go wrong choosing this team, especially in a pinch!!
