The proper response would've been to have someone double check the signage rather than arguing.

- BVBrayden VolkmanJan 16, 20261.0I don’t want to be rude but the older lady in the back who was cutting fabric was trying to figure out the circumference of a circle for like 10-15 minutes for this customer so she could figure out how much fabric she needed and I literally just wanted to get 1 yard of some specific fabric that I needed. I proceeded to wait in line and put my fabric back when they were trying to do (pie)(r)(squared) for the last ten minutes and said “ohhh that’s not the right answer” and started over again to try and figure out how much fabric she needed. I also went up to the checkout to get the rest of my stuff and there were like 6 employees, 2 people checking out and the rest of them talking amongst themselves while there was about 6 people in line. I don’t understand why there wasn’t any common sense in this building. Like why don’t you figure out how much fabric is needed before you go into the store. Maybe open one of the other registers to help take care of some of the other customers. I would rather drive all the way to Green Bay’s Lobby just so I don’t have to deal with that again.
