The first time I called and they were able to bring it down to what I had been paying. This second time they doubled the price to $108 for a 10x5 unit. They are charging $79 and doing a flash sale for $42/month right now. I really do not appreciate this behavior and will be moving my stuff out and never renting from them again. I added photos from my payment history for proof that this has happened twice. I have had perfect payment history the entire time I’ve had this unit. EDIT: They responded wanting me to call them about the price change. I refused to do that a second time, so we moved out. If they are able to bring the price down then why charge that much in the first place? To screw over those who don’t regularly check their bank account statements. I’m not going to call a company every few months to not get screwed out of my money. Not screwing over your customers is basic customer service, but this company can’t seem to understand that.
