- JGJack GUGApr 21, 20261.0Went for a rug, found the display we wanted, and went to look for the actual rug for sale. Not there. No problem, probably in the back or can be ordered. We find a person to “help”. She says they don’t have it and won’t order it, either go to their Madison store or order online. The whole reason I’m here is because I want the rug, I of course can order one online at my convenience. Do they train their staff to tell people not to buy stuff there? Because that’s not a sustainable business practice. So I took their advice , and bought the rug online from someone else. Ya hate to see it

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
