Needs about $15k in flooring items for a 911 project. Two employees working in the flooring department couldn’t care less about helping me. I had a few questions and honestly was just looking for something in inventory that would fit the need. Both employees wouldn’t even walk me to the areas I had questions, they just said the general direction and isle number. When it came to inventory I had to find them again and I could tell at this point I was an inconvenience. I ended up leaving and found a local flooring company that was more than willing to help and take my money.

If I can give no stars I would . Bad experience with Lowe’s delivery and management services at union gap location today 12-23-2025 around 2-3 pm . I ordered a stove and they’re suppose to deliver today between 1-5pm I asked them to call before coming they texted to confirm address I said not correct I gave them correct address they said ok they’ll correct it I get another text saying they can’t find the wrong address and that they were heading back .mind it’s day before Christmas Eve so I need a stove and they’re refuse to deliver my stove same day which was there mistake not mine . I used my Lowe’s credit card to purchase it . They can’t get address right for delivery but sure can get the bill statement right to bill me .
