So.. I was going to buy a new washer and dryer from lows in Yakima wa but first my microwave broke so I bought another one from them instead of Amazon even though it was $175 more. Well a month and a half later the $320 dollar microwave from lows quit. I told them and they told me to kick rocks! Would exchange it or anything! So now I will definitely not be buying a washer and dryer there especially if a month or two is all you get out of their appliances. I will go other places now great job lows ..

Lowes installation services are pure crap. Waited 3 months for a door installation. The people who installed it had no clue what they were doing. I pionted out light gaps and not square at all barely even closed. They said we used a level and packed up & left. I called customer service took 2 weeks to come out and look and say yep installed wrong. Waited 3 more weeks for another installer to come out and fix it . Meanwhile I've now missed three days of work. Waiting on there 5 hour arrival windows. Customer service assured me I would be compensated for the trouble. That was a fat lie. After they finally got it fixed they called and asked if the issue was fixed I said yes and asked about the compensation they said sorry we dont do that... NEVER USE THERE INSTALLATION SERVICES..... LESSON LEARNED..

Go to Home Depot instead. I bought a fridge that stopped working in less than a year and had to contact the company to qualify for a replacement, which took over 12 hours of time. Then, Lowe’s had no idea how to process the claim and it has taken over 15 phone calls, 2 visits to the store and still no replacement or call from anyone that can process the claim. My family member works on Home Depot and they deal with this end of things for customers. At this point my time has been worth more than the fridge
