  My partner and I came here to purchase a couch and a table. I had the funds to pay in full, but the salesman(David) strongly encouraged me to do monthly payments instead. I repeatedly told him that I did not want to open a credit card, as I already have two, and that I only wanted a loan. He reassured me multiple times throughout the process that it was not a credit card and that it was simply a loan. Based on those assurances, I agreed to move forward with the payments. I paid the furniture off within three months, even though he stated the “loan” was set up for a year. Unfortunately, I later discovered—after reviewing my credit report and contacting the bank—that I was actually signed up for a credit card, not a loan. I also received a physical credit card in the mail, which confirmed this. I am extremely disappointed and feel that the salesman was dishonest from the beginning. I was very clear multiple times that I did not want a credit card, yet one was opened anyway. This caused unnecessary stress and issues with my credit. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again.
