I did have some challenges when it came to scheduling my initial appointment but they were minor so I will not mention details here. My real concern is when it came to the installation, the guy who installed my blinds reeked of cigarette or cigar smell which was rather unpleasant. My real issue was however that he had installed the blinds incorrectly at first, and I had to ask him to make adjustments. As a result I now have holes/damaged window seals. I addressed this with management but they did not make any adjustments to my final payment which was disappointing since I have to buy paint and try to correct the mistake. I will not be using this company in the future and would not recommend them. 2 blinds, 2 damaged window seams and $600 later....
