- PPPatrickSep 11, 20241.0Won't return my money after agreeing to issue a refund after they removed a bad set of shutters they installed in my home. The owner Brad was an absolute jerk on the phone and was incredibly rude even though he had no idea what was going on. Products were poor quality despite supposedly being "made to order" based on measurements they took themselves. Framing was flimsy and was so short that there were gaps on all four corners. Installer literally used a hacksaw to cut around the window latches after mounting the framing because the window latches were blocked in!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HACKS AND CROOKS.
