  They were great conducting the Sale but not great with follow-up, our new hot tub has a leak they’ve gone radio silent and nothing has been done about it, disappointing, I guess they are hoping this goes away😏

  I had a great experience at the aqua quip in Woodinville. Noelle was amazing to work with and helped understand all the nuances of owning a hot tub. I would never have bought my spa if it wasn’t for her! Everyone at the Woodinville and Bellevue location are so helpful with any questions I have. They make the process super easy!

  Sold me a defective grill, never worked on delivery. Neither them nor the manufacturer had service people to fix it. Their solution is the manufacturer is going to walk me through fixing it. I didn’t pay $200 for delivery and $1000 for the grill to do it myself.

  We bought our hot tub from Aaron. It was a pleasant experience, they offered installation services, and have been very helpful when needed. We get our water tested often.
