Unlike other Lowe's I've been to where people seem to be leaning on things, not willing to help. We just recently bought a refrigerator from them and we had multiple people come up to us asking us for help. I had one gentleman who actually helped us save quite a bit of money and gave us an extended warranty by signing up for their free reward program. He was really helpful and I really appreciated his service. On top of that the store is always clean and I can get to what I need and get in and out of there relatively quickly, which is always nice

When there is only self check and no open registers that is frustrating. I see why people choose home Depot over Lowe's, it is an easier checkout process.

They obviously overbook themselves and don't actually check what can fit on a truck or their drivers schedule. This will leave my job in a lurch but at this point, they have me hostage. Home Depot is much better a large quantity delivery.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
