- CCChadNotDadAug 26, 20241.0DO NOT call these guys for any service. Had a simple auto lockout where all I needed was for them to unlock the car so i could get the keys that were in the cupholder. The locksmith said that it would be a 300$ service. After a little back and forth with the locksmith, he ended up charging me 150$ for the service. After he unlocked to car and took his payment he immediately disappeared without providing a receipt and checking if the car was registered to me. KeyMe doesn't have any price ranges for the services that they do. Allows for their locksmith to just plaster whatever price they want to charge for their services. Also, don't even bother trying to get a hold of customer service. they are just going to push you to their 3rd Party customer service team so they wont have to hear any of the complaints. Extremely shady practices and should avoid this company at all costs.
