  Decent place for a rental storage Lyda the office lady is amazing and caring. The area may not look the best or safest because the homeless but they aren't a bother

  So far this has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! They have the worst email service EVER! Sent them 4 different PDF files of my policy and they are unable to open ANY of them. I checked, scanned and did everything possible to make sure there was NOTHING wrong with the files and NO corruption of them. Have NO idea why they NEED to see your insurance policy instead of just proof of insurance, which is good enough for EVERYONE else and they are among the priciest of storage with VERY little benefits. Will update this as time goes on but it's NOT looking good so far. Strongly suggest the facility start using an email that is PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE and actually WORKS instead of driving clients away like the one they use now, potential clients should look elsewhere for a cheaper and more professional facility. If I had known the problems I would have with them, I would never have even considered them. *EDIT* We FINALLY got the insurance to be accepted and now can review the actual facility. I am paying on the higher end of "affordable" for my 31' RV. It is in a field/lot that is unpaved , some gravel/dirt and has quite a bit of standing water. Not complaining as it IS Vancouver, WA but it seems for the price the lot would at least have adequate drainage. You actually have to go through 2 gates and locks to get to the RV/Boat/Larger Vehicles storage area which is quite fine but the 2nd gate lock is a combination padlock which is an ok idea but this particualr padlock is incredibly difficult to close/lock. Maybe some oil or lubricant might help. The pros are the main gate key code is yours alone, it is very convenient to my location and I have pretty reasonable access to my RV. The property is clean and well kept for the most part except the water situation I mentioned earlier and the padlock. I don't worry about the safety of my property and the lot is easy to get in and out of. It is fairly level if poor drainage. All in all not a bad value. Fixing or replacing the 2nd (inner) gate lock would probably kick this up to 4 stars but as it is I am neutral. Good place but could be better, but could also be worse.
