They refuse to schedule before they have the part, and they schedule at least 2-3 weeks out. If you have the option to go with a different company, do it. The repair person doesn't even know what is needed so they are just buying parts and racking up a bill while they guess what is needed to fix it. The guy came the first time more than a month after I called them, his first idea of what it was was wrong. Now they need another part and are looking at another month to get and install (try) the other part. It'll be 2.5 months at the soonest for this 5 year old stove to get fixed. What a disaster.
