I am usually invisible to employees here and I have definitely not received any actual advice either. BUT there were to women the last 2 times I went in. They were eager to help. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I just wish I was good at remembering their names. I bet management knows who I am talking about. Oh! There has also been a stellar woman helping at the self serve registers who is simply a ray of sunshine 🌞

Asked for an associate to come help me on an aisle 35 for a plumbing question waited over 15 minutes and no one showed up walked to the front desk to request an associates help went back to aisle 35 waited another 10 minutes no assistance. It seems to me that having friendly conversations with other associates is more important than helping your customers will be going to Home Depot since it’s two minutes away from now on

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
