- RLRobert LaxsonDec 30, 20251.0Bought a range vent hood that was shipped. Finished the kitchen and went to install it, has a big dent from shipping on the side of it. Go to return it and Noah at the return desk says I have to talk with the warehouse they contracted with for the purchase. I paid Lowe’s, not the contracted warehouse. It was damaged in shipping and is unusable. I don’t want money, just a working/viable replacement. Poor customer service, policy, etc. I’ll continue working with other stores whenever possible and avoid Lowe’s when I can. Edited to respond to Lowe’s reply: I called that phone number and they also declined to assist. The manufacturer thankfully stepped in when Lowe’s should have.

The store seemed like it was under improvement and not very organized. We all have room for improvement though! Plenty of parking and it's nice that they have parking designated for Veterans and do offer Military discounts.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
