- AAAlexFeb 4, 20261.0Got bad vibes from the guy on the phone. He couldn't quote me anything and said a tech would call me to go over quotes once they got to my location, but would also call me to confirm my request. Called back a few minutes later, spoke to someone else, requested to cancel, they said I had to pay a $29 dispatch fee. I let them know that no one had contacted me to come and help me or say they are on their way, and they don't have any of my banking info, so they can't charge me. She said ok and hung up. Feels like very much a scam.
