Unfortunately, my recent experience with the custom framing department was disappointing. I placed an order on January 13 and was told it would be ready by January 29. When I came to the store on February 2, I was informed that the framing was not completed due to incorrect measurements taken when the order was placed. What was most frustrating was that I was never contacted about the delay, even though the issue was known. My service was framing only (no glass) and still cost nearly $100, so I expected better communication and service. The only solution offered was to wait until February 10, which is almost a full month after placing the order, with no alternative or compensation provided. I share this feedback in hopes that communication improves and that the framing staff receives better training, as I would like to continue shopping at Hobby Lobby.
