The entire facility is spotless including the restrooms. Easy freeway access ,, if I could give e 10 stars I would.

- GMGavin MulkeyJan 23, 20261.0SAVE MONEY AND A HEADACHE BY GOING TO SMART STOP SELF STORAGE WHICH IS ABOUT 3 MINUTES AWAY!! This Extra Space location is run by a crazy people!!! Beware!! Stay away!!!! Here we go, where to start? Quite simply, Horrible business with horrible managers. Mellissa the property manager and Margarita the district manager are both extremely petty ridiculous people. I rented here because it was close to my apartment and seemed like a nice place. Here is the thing, this isn’t a nice place. The facility is clean yes. However, if you piss off the manager they will treat you like a criminal and try to steal your belongings. They doubled my rate within 6 months. My unity went from $167 to $398 per month within 6 months of move in. When you call to try and lower your rates they act like you are a horrible person. When you go to move out they make things very difficult by restricting your access times. They even called the police on me for simply having a moving cart in my Uhaul to unload belongings from the cart to the truck. In addition to this they placed a lock on my unit when I was paid in full and had already given them a move out date. Be very weary of Extra Space Storage and especially this location. I have never had a worse experience with any business ever in my entire life. Ask for Cody at Smart Stop Self Storage, he knows how to treat people unlike these clown criminals at Extra Space… **Edit** The reply from Extra Space is a AI reply not from a real person and the number they have simply goes back to the local office. The only person to speak with the local office is the demon which previously mentioned. Not helpful. They didn’t take any of my concerns seriously or even take the time to look into them in any way shape or form. This company is a joke!**
