This is one of the cleanest storage units I've been to. There is no dust, no rats, and security is enforced very strictly. I've talked to James as well & he handled my questions with no problem. I'd say if you are someone looking for low-rates, you should pay for 6 months ahead because they may increase the price after 3 months. If you have any problem you can always talk to Melissa or James as they are great help & always prioritizes customer's concerns. Great experience, would recommend for short-term.
