- HAHelen AnnaDec 12, 20252.0Urine and high traffic stains reduced but not gone. D&H toured my home and gave an estimate. I pointed out all the problem areas. I was told confidently "oh yeah we can lift that stain." Rest of the carpet looked nice, although corners cut. Did not swing doors shut to vacuum behind, did not get all the way to base boards. Oh well.

There was a miscommunication between me and my husband about the type of treatment to get (he was home and I was at work when they came out the first time). A few weeks went by and I noticed the smell was still faintly lingering around. I called to inquire. That is when I realized my husband and I had miscommunicated about the type of treatment we needed. The owner was incredibly understanding of the situation. They came back out to complete the treatment we needed to ensure that the odor went away. First of all, it works! Second of all, they charged us a reduced amount for OUR mistake. Very understanding owner, very hard-working carpet-cleaning tech.
