  We had 4 area rugs cleaned at their facility. The team was very responsive, friendly, and professional. We had our rugs back very quickly, and they look great. I recommend their service.

  I am a contractor who has utilized D&H Carpet Cleaning on many of my projects over the last few years, and I just recently had them do work on my own house. They do great work, have a great response time, and quickly execute their projects for a good price. Thank you D&H!

  Urine and high traffic stains reduced but not gone. D&H toured my home and gave an estimate. I pointed out all the problem areas. I was told confidently "oh yeah we can lift that stain." Rest of the carpet looked nice, although corners cut. Did not swing doors shut to vacuum behind, did not get all the way to base boards. Oh well. Response to owner: the purpose of a review is to share my experience. I simply gave facts. The technician who came out said there would be a fee for them to come back so I didnt bother to call. If this can still be fixed please met me know!

  We had them come out to clean our carpet, complete some repairs, and provide a treatment for pet odor. There was a miscommunication between me and my husband about the type of treatment to get (he was home and I was at work when they came out the first time). A few weeks went by and I noticed the smell was still faintly lingering around. I called to inquire. That is when I realized my husband and I had miscommunicated about the type of treatment we needed. The owner was incredibly understanding of the situation. They came back out to complete the treatment we needed to ensure that the odor went away. First of all, it works! Second of all, they charged us a reduced amount for OUR mistake. Very understanding owner, very hard-working carpet-cleaning tech.

  I cannot say enough good things about the service and integrity of this company! I have used them at every management company I've been at, as well as using them for my personal residence.
