Only had one register working for that half of the store. The backup went all the way to the second rows when we complained the cashier said yeah there's nothing they can do about it since nothing in that store works and they won't replace or fix it. We waited 23 minutes to get through the cashier

This Lowes location has gone from going to first on the list to last place to visit similar to Home Depot. This store seems to run with minimum staff (well except maybe the contractor area has a few people working before 3pm) and mostly automated pushing you to sell checkout or a phone app for product information and know-how.
The parking lot is full of license plate scanners and cameras on a trailer that blast a robotic voice about being watched. Local Police have their own upfront parking spots right before between the Disabled and Veteran spots.
Stepping out of my vehicle made me question even shopping here as the “for security reasons” seems more like a front for gathering people’s data for monetization. (I purchased wall hooks that have little if anything to do with my cars license plate.)
It defiantly gives off a dark impression of more of a antiseptic prison than a place to shop. A visit that would have included looking at new appliances, became a purchase again for wall hooks (again) and get out of there.
Sad to see as this location once was full of help and friendly assistance but also grateful I live in a more populated area where we have options. Not somewhere I could recommend anymore.

When an appliance breaks and the manufacturer says they no longer have the parts to fix it contact the store for a return, it will take over a month for the store to give you any information. Do not buy appliances from this store they will not refund you or give you the information to get a refund. Very unhelpful staff

I've certainly done my fair-share of shopping here over the years, and I have had many positive experiences. However, the customer service at this store is just dreadful. They've even pulled out all the registers and rely on self-checkout (aside from the garden center). I'm sorry, but maybe you didn't get the memo that I don't work for you. There are plenty of hardware stores in town that hire & support middle class workers, and those are the people & establishments that, in my opinion, deserve our money. Hard pass!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
