  The sales person Jeremy was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I had specific issues that I mentioned to him. He jump right in and knew what I needed. The entire process was great.

  We went to the Tacoma La-Z-Boy yesterday with the intention of just sitting in a chair that I thought I wanted to put on my wish list. The sales associate, Jeannie Allison, was very helpful and accommodating and did not pressure me even the slightest bit to purchase. Her only goal was to help me find a chair that actually fits me and was comfortable. We had a lot of discussion about what the meant for me, and she then had me sit in several chairs that met my criteria. Again, there was never any pressure to purchase. Once I found the chair, and it was on sale, we decided on our own to buy it. I honestly have never had a more helpful sales person, whose obvious goal was to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Jeannie Allison as the best sales associate EVER. At the end, the ordering process went very smoothly. Jeannie explained the warranty inclusions and exclusions and we decided to upgrade to include the pet damage coverage. She waited patiently while I figured out how to get into Experian to unfreeze our account from my phone. It was the best experience we have had buying a piece of furniture.

  My hard to please Mother is on her third recliner, having returned the first and exchanged the second. Through it all our stellar sales associate Jeannie has shown the patience of a saint, the knowledge of a scholar, and the personality of your funnest friend. She has made this experience so enjoyable that I feel as if I’ve been through successful therapy accepting my mother’s pickiness. Thank you to her and La-Z-Boy.

  I walked into LaZBoy today and had an amazing experience. We needed two rocking/recliners since we have a grandchild on the way and Julius met us as we walked in. He was soft spoken, polite and knowledgeable. I told him what we were looking for and price range. He guided us to the selection in our price range and we had two recliners picked out in 30 minutes. Thanks Julius Guardacosta you made our experience Perfect.

  You had better hope that everything is right the first time. If it isn’t, you will wait months for it to be addressed. We made an order in August and the wrong carpet was sent. Invoice just says “carpet” so there is no way for customer to check. It’s now March and we are still waiting for a corrected carpet to arrive. No communication unless we initiate and no follow through. I’m so disappointed and will not shop at this store again. The worst furniture shopping experience of my life. Sales person for us was Lydia. I do not recommend her at all. Absolutely no follow through. We haven’t hardly heard from her since the initial sale. I guess she got paid and that’s all that mattered to her. The reason for a two star vs a one star is that we did enjoy working with the interior designer there. She was helpful but her job is done once design is set.
