- BPBlacky PersonalAug 17, 20251.0The tech showed up, I needed an ignition key duplicated and a new FOB programmed. After ‘programming’ the new FOB, NEITHER of my fobs worked anymore, and I couldn’t even use the button inside the door to lock and unlock the driver side door. It worked perfectly before he messed with it. He insisted it was something wrong with my car (again, it worked fine before he did anything) and then tried to charge me since he came out. I told him I wasn’t paying and that he or another tech needed to fix my FOBs. He called me a liar and drove off. I called the company only to be promised they would check with the tech and call me back. They never called back. Now I’m left with a door lock that only works when I use the physical key and 2 useless FOBs, and no follow up from a company that supposedly guarantees 100% satisfaction. This company is crooked, avoid them at all costs.
