There weren’t any no smoking signs anywhere except the gate which I didn’t notice until I looked for them after I was smoking in my van af Leslie came and yelled a t me and was shaking her finger at me. After quickly leaving property to wait outside, I called to get her name. She said she was the only manager which come to find out is Leslie. She was so rude, she could have handled the situation way better or kindly warned me and I would have gladly complied. Now about 6 months later he buys another unit at a different extra space storage; come to find out she flagged my husbands account noting me smoking on the property. I wasn’t going to say anything but not im ticked. She was yelling at some guy next to me as well cause his hood on his truck was up. I hope your company takes this seriously. Leslie should NOT be in the customer service business. I was just the driver, he was innocent. How rude and what a disgrace to be representing the face of Extra Space Storage.
