  Great customer service with no pressure to buy. When I got a recliner that didn't feel so great once it was home, they picked it up and exchanged it for a different model with no hassle. Would recommend them for all recliner needs, plus they have local inventory.

  We got the deal of a lifetime with a 75% off couch. The couch itself is really nice and very comfortable. It fits into our space perfectly and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. The woman who helped us pointed out the couch and it was a great recommendation. She rushed us to go do the application then she kept stepping away to help other people, while we were physically sitting at the desk and going over financing. She wasn't actually asked for help, she just got up and left. She didn't explain what differed interest is, if we were ignorant it could have really bitten us in the ass. I wanted insurance on the couch and specifically told her we have pets that will be on the furniture, but she didn't tell me the insurance doesn't cover pets. She didn't mention that there is extra insurance specifically for pets until I asked. They don't have a loader and had to have another guy come help get the couch to the loading dock. He then ran back to the floor and left us to load the couch ourselves from the loading dock. That really surprised me because of liability factor and high likelihood of injury. The dock is probably about 4ft off the ground. My wife used the restroom there and they had a very strongly scented magnolia soap. It set off her dyshidrotic eczema and now she's dealing with a flareup. My father took his service dog to the grass next to the loading dock and there were needles in the grass. Great couch, terrible experience. I did get a free vase.

  We purchased two new recliners a few weeks ago. Our salesman, Shane, was wonderful. In addition to being easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable, he did two things that truly impressed us: 1) he let us look at and try many chairs without ever bothering us (even though he was available to answer our questions), and 2) he sent us a personal thank you note that he wrote himself, not a printed generic note. He made our trip to La-Z-Boy an extremely successful and pleasant one. We love our new chairs! Thank you, Shane!
