Called twice and still no help and they refused to cancel the order and said they had no idea when it will ship. Help support was worthless and couldn’t hardly speak clear English. Need less to say I called my CC company and disputed the charge. Never again! No excuse for not being able to ship a simple gift card in a couple of days.

Well it didn’t ship so after 2 weeks, we called and were told it would ship in 2 days by the latest. When it still hadn’t shipped after another 4 days we were told ( literally today) yes they have our order, have our money, but it wasn’t going to ship any time soon. We requested our money back but that too was denied. Thank goodness we paid with our credit card and are disputing it via our credit card company. If we lived in Washington we would have just went to the store ourselves. Very disappointing.
