The stocky fella with blue eyes was very friendly and helpful. The other, with gray hair and kind of looks like Richard Gere, was a bit arrogant and seemed like our questions were a bother. My wife is very bubbly and does not like confrontation, otherwise I would have asked him to be more courteous to my wife.
