Went to purchase hand dolly. Bought product and as we were pushing it out the door noticed one of the wheels were wobbly. Had to go to customer service to switch out and when getting exact exchange the only other available one had screws missing from the latching mechanism. Had to go back and grab another one that was not the model we were hoping to purchase but at least had no defects!
