Internet quantity versus actual quantity very different 👌 internet said 5 in store went in and 0 in store waisting 45 minutes of my time plus the time I spent going to the competitor's store to get the product.

In store app doesn’t work worth a crap. Very inaccurate. And as usual half the registers are cordoned off. I only go there because it’s close to where I work, but HD has more inventory and better help.

Went to purchase a hand dolly and initially everything seemed fine. After paying and pushing it toward the door, we noticed one of the wheels was wobbly. We had to take it back to customer service for an exchange.
When we tried to get the exact same model, the only other one available had screws missing from the latching mechanism. At that point, we had to go back again and choose a different model than the one we originally wanted, just to make sure it wasn’t defective.
Quality control definitely needs improvement. It shouldn’t take three attempts to leave the store with a product that works properly.

Whenever I need something for the house or for a project lowes is the place to go. The other big hardware store never seems to have what I need. Great paint section where they can and will do their best to get the color you want even if its not one of the choices for the type of paint you need. Good range of products for both indoor amd outdoor projects. Sometimes its a little hard to get someone to cut the wood you need but if you are patient they eventually will help you, although I was told once after asking for a large pice to be cut into pieces that "they are not a cabinet store" so I did have to do the remaining cuts at home with the tools I had on hand. Also fair warning, if an odd lady at the front of the store asks if you want your free "Marp" and you say yes, she will bark at you. (She says a marp is a free sound but its always a bark) she has barked at my step son, his best friend, my toddler, my wife and myself, on multiple occasions. Accept your Marp at your own risk.

We made the mistake of ordering windows and exterior doors for our home through Lowes. Everything with the salesman named Shane and customer support has gone well, through every time we have had to deal with this store and the local delivery they coordinated something has gone wrong.
When discussing the order with the salesman, we decided to have the doors primed and unpainted, as it would have cost an extra $400 for each door. He assured us they would be able to deliver the doors a couple weeks in advance so we could paint them and give them time to dry before they were installed by the contractors.
The contract we signed stated they would have the windows installed sometime between early December and February 6th, and as time went on it became clear that it would be near the end of the window if not after.
They finally called and told us they would be able to install the windows February 9-11, and said they would deliver all of the windows and doors to us a couple days before. We immediately told them that was not what we agreed to, and we needed to have the doors delivered a week in advance as agreed upon when we signed the contract.
They assure us that they would be, and said they would deliver the doors on 1/30 so we could paint them. When the delivery truck came, they told us they had an order to PICK UP two doors...
Again, we called customer service explaining the situation, and they assured us they would have them delivered the next day.
Hopefully we actually get the doors in time to have them painted and dried before the install, but considering how much they've dropped the ball so far I have little hope.
This has been a terrible experience, and I strongly recommend you avoid ordering anything from Lowes that has to deal with this local store, as every time we've contact with them they have screwed something up.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
