I like Lowes except for this day we had a hard time getting help to lift a 193 box onto a cart, which upset me because I asked customer service to send two strong people. They sent 1 girl who couldn't lift it. So she had to repeatedly ask for someone else who did help but my disabled husband had to lift the other end. Then check out had issues at all check out and only 1 guy to assist us all at once. So impersonal to not have any checkers or more than 1. Your check stands are to weird to navigate especially for older folks. Again, to impersonal. Customer service should be #1 !

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
