The lead time was about 14 weeks for the custom fabric, which was perfect because our house was still under construction. After two weeks the bulk of the couch shipped (without the covers), but we weren't in Arizona to receive it. I reached out to Sam, who knew the situation after helping us with the original order, and within an hour he had the shipment redirected to the warehouse to be held until the covers (and our house) are ready. That kind of service and flexibility is amazing! Thanks to Sam and the Lovesac team for getting that corrected!

Then I checked them out in person at the downtown mall spokane. Must have gone in at least five times, asking questions, getting quotes, looking at arrangements and every time the employees there were super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Finally we got our new couch just as we moved into our new home. I don’t think we’ll ever be able to go back to a traditional stationary couch again.
