  Tristan and associate were professional and very helpful. Tristan had my wife sit in the chair and showed her all the buttons and how to set the chair for her preferences. The next chair we buy, will be asking for Tristan to deliver.

  Overall was not a great experience. The furniture is overpriced for the quality. You would be better off buying somewhere else. La-Z-Boy used to be great. I just want to return it all I’m so unhappy. The salesperson even lied to us.

  I gave 5 stars because I went in with specific needs for a recliner and because the sales associate Jim Stanley knows everything about every recliner in the store, I was able to choose, pay and was out the door in 20 minutes. The only problem I have is with 6 week delivery time. Lazy Boy needs to improve on that.

  The delivery crew were excellent taking time to make sure 2verything worked and explaing how to use the remotes for reclining etc. They were careful with the sofa and moved my old one to the garage for me. Great job!!
