We were greeted immediately by an associate who directed us to what we were looking for and let us know he was nearby if we needed help. After looking around for a bit Jim, a design consultant offered to help me also. He showed me choices of fabrics and explained the options. He was very friendly and helpful, and made the process quick and easy. My husband and I were very pleased with the service. We have purchased many pieces of furniture at this lazy boy location and have always been happy with the outcome.

My husband is disabled and spends a lot of time in his chair and it is worn out making him more uncomfortable than necessary. He is also 6’5” and they have a one of chairs for tall folks! Also, pet friendly fabric! I hope it is a perfect as it sounds. But the purchasing experience was terrific.
