We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

Then, I gave him my dress and he told me how much it would be. $118. Which I was told over the phone, that I would pay at time of pickup. At first he said he would honor it, and then he took back what he said. I now have 3 weeks to find somewhere to get my dress hemmed. Nordstroms will never get my business again. Talk about “customer service”.
