It’s freezing weather right now, and I called and the lady who answered was extremely rude and unconcerned with the fact my child was locked in there. Told me they would call back with an estimate and then I didn’t get a call back for two hours when they said nobody would be available and I had already figured it out myself. Texted right before the last call to say nobody would be available till 8 am but I didn’t even tell them I wanted them to come out 😂. Absolutely 100% a scam
