  My husband and I have been looking for living and dining furniture for the last couple of weeks. We decided to stop in at furniture Row and were pleasantly surprised with their variety, unique items, as well as their no pressure sales. We settled on a couple of things immediately and now await delivery!

  Great customer service. The manager allowed us to buy a piece of furniture a day following the sale and extended the sale price. Looking forward to our new sofa.

  Dallas made our shopping experience a great one! He gave us the perfect mix of answering questions and helping with pros and cons between different sectionals and time alone to discuss our options with each other. He was attentive and gave us space, the perfect mix!

  Dallas made such a great impression the first time I was just browsing, that I made sure to ask for him when I was ready to purchase. He made it easy was very patient, friendly, fun, honest and accommodating. Felt really lucky to have been served by a great person. Exceptional!!

  I really wish I could leave a better review where both Darryl and Kenny where really great to work with but taking 5 months to deliver a recliner that was only suppose to take 7 weeks is ridiculous. The complete lack of communication during the whole process was also very unprofessional. The customer should not have to be the one reaching out for updates when there is this big of a delay. Again 5 stars to Darryl for helping with the purchase and 5 stars to Kenny for finally getting things resolved. Outside of that my experience was definitely only 1 star.
