- RCRoger CMay 4, 20225.0Looked online for garden soil and bark in my area. This place is very close to my house and was less expensive compared to the others in the area. I went in today after work for the first time. They had a few people there already but I was quickly greeted by Colette L., which from what I could tell was the only person inside. Once it was "my turn" (maybe 2 mins at most) I said that I wanted to get the premium garden soil that I saw online, but that I only had a 1/2 ton truck and asked what a half yard of soil would weigh. She said approximately 900 lbs. (awesome, I have hauled 1500 lbs before but like to baby my truck) I bought 1/2 a yard, and asked where to go as I had never been here before. She said, no problem go around the back, its the third pile from the corner. If your like me, when you are unsure of your surroundings you see 18 corners....I drove around back and parked in the middle of the road and got out of my truck, there was a bearded guy in a huge front loaded right behind me. I said, I'm not sure where I am supposed to be, but I bought this, and handed him the receipt. He was very friendly and said, it is over there but stay here and I will bring it to you. He loaded up my truck and I was on my way. Total time there about 10 mins. I will be back tomorrow, and the next day for 2 more loads. Then next week for bark.

Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.

Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
