- ZHZack Huffman3 days ago2.0This location used to offer house plants for doing a simple survey. The house plants were nothing crazy or expensive or big. They were all small couple dollar items. Since this location got a new manager, they decided that the house plants were too big of an expense to offer the customers in return for doing surveys. This review that I'm leaving will be the last survey that I do for Lowe's unless this new manager decides to bring back house plants for surveys. It's the small things that count.

I’m lucky I didn’t burn my house down because a lot of times I’ll throw a load of laundry and as I’m leaving, and then I’ll throw it in the dryer when I get home. My last dryer lasted 15 years and worked like 1 million bucks. This one was terrible from the beginning. When I called customer service, they were incredibly rude and kept hanging up on me. I can tell you this I will never make a purchase at Lowe’s ever again as long as I live. I know I’m just a gnat to them, but I have spent thousands of dollars in that store over the years and they will no longer get my business. All I can say is people vote with their money and I would advise voting for somebody else.

I'd have had the same thing from Home Depot days ago for slightly less money. Do yourself a favor and don't buy here. To be fair they are willing to make corrections, but only if you spend hours in phone purgatory. It is very difficult to get rid of the AI system and get to a person and then you spend a bunch of time bouncing around trying to get to the right person who then tells you they can’t do anything until they get the “return” back. Really ave yourself the pain and suffering

I asked to have a cedar 4x4 cut. The first person told me to go wait by the saw. After waiting around, a second person came along and told me they did not have the capacity to cut a 4x4. What? And, now they seem to have only self check at the main exit. This is pitiful. I try to support Lowes but they keep making it harder to shop there.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
