They actually give a crap about you!!! They are willing to take a hit to make sure you're taken care of if it's their mistake. They always work with me and make me feel welcome and at home shopping there. I respect the management and floor staff, they are willing to go the length and help you every step of the way. I live in the Northside and make the trip to the valley because they are just that much ahead of the rest. Do yourself a favor and go here. You won't regret it.

The one we wanted would have already been here! Got an e-mail that the dishwasher was going to be installed with date and time (no one ever called or showed) After all the frustraation I realized this was time to cancell and go elsewhere - they refunded the microwave (so they say) but can't refund the dishwasher because the installer has it and we haven't heard from them (did get thier phone number and have tried for 2 hours to contact them - with no response) Save yourself frustration and go elsewhwere! "Every persaon at Lowes we talked with all said the same line "That's what the computer shows" I don't know anything else!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
