  I worked with Caleb and Don to purchase new furniture and they were both fantastic! They were exceptionally patient, kind, and personable. I was a bit stressed going in but they made the process very enjoyable and I would be very happy to work with them again. Thank you both so much!

  My husband and I recently lost our home to a devastating fire. We needed everything. Furniture Row had everything we wanted! It made an overwhelming experience easy. The salesman helping us (Casey from Spokane Valley, WA) was extremely helpful and patient with us. We will definitely shop there again!

  Great product assortment to choose from, high quality furniture, and kind/knowledgeable staff. Peyton was super helpful! I found exactly what I was looking for and he entire process was quick and easy. Very satisfied with the experience.

  Dallas is the guy to see if you need furniture. He's been at it for more than a dozen years. Very knowledgeable and helped with all discounts available to me. I got a bedroom set that will last my lifetime and if I need anything else, ill call Dallas and suggest you do the same.

  I wanted to buy the Sari accent chair with matching pouf. In February, I reached out to the Furniture Row located in Spokane Valley through text inquiring if they had the set in stock. My text message was replied to the next day by Kent. He informed me that he had the chair but the pouf wouldn't be available until mid April. He offered that I could pick them up on separate trips but as I live in Western WA I opted to pick the set up together in April. Kent then offered to transfer the sale to a Yakima store, which is closer to my home than Spokane, which I declined because I have family in Spokane. I mention these things because it struck me as such a professional courtesy that a potential sale may be lost to an associate for the comfort and convenience of the customer. Ordering was easy and the payment outside of the showroom was privacy secured. I must also state that Kent was very helpful, patient and jovial during our conversations through this process. I look forward to shaking his hand and Thanking him in person when I pick up my Furniture in April.
