  Caleb was absolutely amazing. He spent time with us going over all of our options and helping us find the perfect couch within our budget. Being young we normally get ignored going into furniture stores because they think we aren’t serious. But Caleb helped us right away and took us seriously from the start. Amazing experience!

  I ordered my chair on November 4th and was told it would be here between 6:00 and 8 weeks it is now January 7th and I still don't have anything I called 2 weeks ago and was told the chair was in transit I called today and spoke to Daryl the salesman who couldn't help me and when I attempted to cancel the order he threatened me keeping 25% of my sales for restocking fee he told me I had to return the cleaning kit or I'd be charged for that he was very unpleasant at totally when I'm the one who didn't get what I was purchasing and they've held on to my $2,000 for the last 2 months I will never go back to this store again

  Beautiful showroom with a large variety. Love that the lazBoy couch set was available in multiple colors. Delivery was flawless and we would definitely shop here again. No high pressure salesman. Denver Mattress is housed inside too, so you can get the full house in one stop if needed.

  The people who work at this store are friendly and wonderful, however, their products are awful! We have gone through 2 sets of couches in 3 years!! 1 set cost $1600 so a little on the "cheap" end, the second set cost $5k! We've owned this second set for 1.5 years (just a year after the manufacturing warranty expired). Thr motor to recline is going out on both couch pieces and the matching recliner, one side squeaks and you can feel the springs. We still have 3.5 years of financing for this damn set and it already needs to be replaced. The gentleman who sold us this set sold us the wrong warranty, its leather, why would we buy a stain warranty for it? I know we declined the stain warranty and opted for the other one. Save your money and shop someplace with quality products!

  Extortion at its finest. After some thought, I decided that even if the manager's attempted to assuage the situation with a refund for our delivery payment, that the conduct of the three deliverymen was abhorrent. They took advantage of an opportunity with my wife at home alone to squeeze cash out of her knowing full well she couldn't get the couch she ordered up the stairs to our apartment. They entered our apartment and asked her, "What she thought was fair," to go on and demand $20 a person for moving the couch. It made me feel unsure of her safety that three men she did not know were in our living room were demanding cash payment for an agreement (store to door delivery) we already made. We could not call furniture row to schedule a drop off time, they schedule one without confirming with us, they arrived earlier than they said they would, they gave attitude to my wife while I was at work, the broke their store policy (store to door delivery) tried to leave the couch in the parking lot, and entered our dwelling demanding payment for a delivery we already paid for. If your wives are home while the deliverymen are coming, expect them to extort for cash and take advantage of any situation they can. I called the managers later that evening and asked them to describe the "store to door" policy. After I explained what happened, the manager on the phone replied, "They did what?!" Clearly, the goons delivering furniture can't be trusted. Oh, and finally, this brand new couch had a small hole in the back. Sure, you'll never notice if its up against a wall, but it was supposed to be new all the same. Extortion at its finest.
