- JSJason SmithNov 12, 20251.0My wife and I have purchased furniture from walkers for decades. Last purchase was over $10k and for the 1st purchase an extended warranty. Waste of money!! That said that really isn’t on them but the service process is!! I had a failure that was a manufacture defect that the warranty declined that walkers did fight to get covered. To called the claim in person their request over 4 months ago. After several phone calls to the service center and leaving messages I finally called the main store who called and got someone to call me back. Long story short I’ve done everything they requested, told me the part would take 4-6 weeks, that was 8 weeks ago which was the last time I have been in contact with them and again as of Monday can not get calls back from the service center while this chair that was just over 1 year old when it broke, that cost $2500 has sat, un usable for the last 4 plus months. Communication is everything, they have implemented 0 communication thru this process. As of today after leaving 2 messages since Monday I’ve yet to get a call back.
