My recent move to Spokane Washington was very easy with the help of Extra Space Storage and their employee Katherine whom has made me feel welcoming and was courteous and she took care of all my needs and worries to keep my personal items and collectables safe. The moment I arrived i was greeted with respect and kindness. Let me tell you a bit about my thankfulness and how much people like Katherine should always be valued. Thank you Extra Space Storage and Associates. My second month of having to pay for my storage unit i was not able to have the complete money to pay. I was so sad and cried my eyes out feeling more ill than i usually am. With my heart so torn up thinking my unit would be taken for non payment. I took my wedding rings off after 10 years on and pawned them which broke my heart. After i pawned my rings I drove myself to Extra Space Storage to pay for my Unit. When I got there I ask employee Katherine if she could help me to change my due date to pay for my unit. She "said of course let me see how I can help you" by the grace of god and Katherine's kindness and taking time to do this. I didn't have to pay $150 dollars but $65 dollars since she prorated my due date to the new date. Katherine "has shown patients, understanding and done above and beyond in her work. I can not thank you enough of what you have done for me and you have shown concern for the well-being of others. with all my faith i was able to go back to pawn shop with the extra money Katherine help me to save and make a partial payment on my loan. I am so grateful to Extra Space Storage for having employed such a caring, understanding and thorough professional. from unit holder s4
