I was promptly called and was able to make the change and did everything g they could to make it easy. Also came in a Saturday t in unload and I needed a bigger unit. They tranferres me again with no issue and were so kind and knowledgeable. The biggest thing for me was that I am in a move across state. I have a budget and all of my things with me. They were patient and kind even when I was worked up with stress of my move. Highly recommend, 5 stars.

In an paperless relationship it is incredibly shady to only send rate increase notices via postal mail. I went in to see what was going on and they offered to reduce my rate $20 to the current rate. So I was being charged more than the "current rate" after being a customer who paid my rent on time with no troubles. I find these to be absolutely trashy business practices and feel people should know.
