  Rachelle was very helpful attending to my specific needs and wants in purchasing the right bed for me. She took time to listen and carefully address all my concerns. Rachelle worked with me patiently to show me all the options allowing me to choose a bed that will work for me. I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying something I didn't really want. When I told Rachelle I would be back in a few hours to complete the sale she was very gracious and did not pressure me to buy on the spot. When I returned a little later than I told her she was there waiting for me. Rachelle then spent extra time helping me make a few changes to my order that would work better for me. Finally she double and triple checked to make sure I got all the discounts and extra specials to give me the lowest price. I was pleasantly surprised with final price being thousands less than I expected. If you go there to look around or you are a serous buyer ask for Rachelle she is like a "Sales Angel" and will make sure you get what you need at a great price. Steven A. Hayes Lt. Col. US ARMY Ret.

  EDIT: Upgraded to 5 stars due to the response I got from the store. Shortly after posting my review, I was contacted by Amy (our original sales lady) and she was very apologetic and thought the issue had been handled, but she did offer to help make it right and she did! Seeing the quick response from the store and our sales lady would definitely make me a return customer, they seem to genuinely care about their customers and their overall experience which is super hard to find these days! Our sales lady, Amy was super helpful in the store and helping our pick our new Tempurpedic bed. No complaints there! Our issue comes from the delivery side of things. The delivery driver was incredibly rude and seemed absolutely miserable being there. My husband had removed our old mattress for them, and the guy still seemed annoyed he was there to deliver a mattress. Our house is not difficult, it is a split level so all they had to do was go up half a flight of stairs and turn right…surely they have way more complicated deliveries. When he first arrived before they brought in the mattresss we asked for his help determining if we actually needed to 6 legs that the bed came with as our bed frame has built in support bars and he just said he didn’t know, offered no expertise at all. Then, as they were coming up the half flight of stairs, he and the other delivery guy were having a hard time so my husband stepped in to help pull it up the stairs and the main guy backed off and let my husband finish carrying it in and setting it on the frame in the room. This was AFTER they nearly ripped our chandelier off the ceiling because they held the mattress too high and ignored our pleas to stop so we could gently lift the chandelier off the mattress before it bounced on the chain. Now we have a gap between the ceiling and the top of the chandelier that we have to have fixed. At the end of the delivery the guy just brought us the thing to sign and I asked if he could help explain how the remote works and his literal response was “it goes up and down.” I was dumbfounded at this whole delivery experience. I reached out to Amy immediately and she responded saying she was sorry and it would be addressed but I never heard back from her again. She did offer to have another delivery crew come out to address extra legs that weren’t installed but we let her know my husband could put those on. In the end, I would have expected a follow up with some kind of resolution, but I never heard a word more. $9k spent in mattress and accessories and the whole experience was ruined by the delivery crew and lack of follow up from the store regarding this.

  Our experience at Denver Mattress was awesome! Amy made the process easy and enjoyable from start to finish! She went the extra mile to help us find the best fit and value for our needs. I highly recommend visiting this location if you are looking for no hassle and excellent service!

  He was super knowledgeable and professional helped us find a mattress that would suit our needs quickly. Knew exactly what mattress would work with our different sleeping styles. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mattress to go see Mo.

  I have been a happy Denver Mattress Shopper for over 30 years. I had purchased a Denver Chiropractic mattress 4 years ago and decided that I needed a lower platform box spring. I called the store and Ephraim was absolutely wonderful to work with. Within 15 minutes I was driving to the store to pick up my new box spring. The transaction was quite seamless and I was able to conduct business right over the phone due to the nature of the product that I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend the Denver Mattress Store to anybody looking for great service and quality product!
