  I had a storage unit at Snohomish Storage for 13 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. From day one, the staff (Debbie in particular) was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible whenever I needed it. What really sets Snohomish Storage apart is the level of customer service. The manager consistently went above and beyond anytime I had a question or needed assistance. I always felt valued as a customer. When I moved out of the area nine years ago, I looked at storage options in my new town, but none of them felt as secure, well-run, or trustworthy. That peace of mind mattered to me, so I chose to keep my unit at Snohomish Storage — and I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend Snohomish Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure facility with exceptional service. They truly set the standard.

  I needed some dry space just before the holidays and Snohomish Storage had a deal that came through in a pinch. I was set up in less than 20 mins for the next few months. I just needed the space through the winter but forgot my move out date. They were so cool about it, and pro-rated the couple of days I needed to move out. Their staff are professional and their facility is VERY secure. I’ll be back when I need some over flow space. Thanks for everything Snohomish Storage!

  The manager Stephanie is very helpful and friendly, professional as well, the facility over all is nice easy 24/7 access via gate codes in and out, units are super sizable and financially friendly pricing as well. Also in a pretty quiet part of town so no shananagins around lol 😆 5/5 I recommend if your in the lake Stevens area

  I visited this location to rent a storage unit for my elderly mother’s things as she is transitioning to a care facility. Stephanie assisted me and helped me find a unit that was suitable for our needs. She was polite, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient with me, knowing this is a challenging time for my family and went above and beyond. I highly suggest using this company for all of your storage needs.

  Snohomish Storage on Bickford: 1) great location in Snohomish 2) secure facility 3) super clean and well cared for property and 4) great staff - Mackenzie and Debbie are pros who genuinely care about their customers (that’s all of us!). Highly recommend.
