I would not recommend Lowes install team. I contracted with Lowes to have 2 doors installed in my house. Just getting to the contract was a nightmare so I should have known what was to come. In the first day, the guy installed the first door, which opened the wrong way into the room. This is something I went over with the guy measuring but whoever ordered the door got it wrong. The next day a second installer came and took the door off and then took my second door off and told me the new one didn’t fit. So now I’m left with 2 doors in my house looking like a construction zone, one of which, the installer left huge holes in the drywall. I have to pay a real professional to come out now and fix my drywall. Lowes said they would have the installers come fix it, but all they do is slap a ton of caulk on it. On top of it, the guy who took the incorrectly installed door also took my door handle that I paid for separately. I went with Lowe’s for this job because I thought they would be professional and this is what I got instead. Just please beware if you’re considering a door project with Lowes. They contract out to 3rd parties who I’m pretty sure use people with 0 experience or concern for your house.
Edit to address Lowes response: I have talked with the store and they have told me that they are refunding the project and I have to totally start all over with them and re-pay them (hopefully they don't increase the price again) while I am left with bare wood and drywall for two of my doorways. Also added a picture of the guy taking one of the doors (with the door handle) because they don't seem to believe me that I was left with no doors.
