    I bought a double oven for install and the extended warranty, back on November 23, 2025. It was to be installed Dec 1, 2025 (yeah...before Christmas), but when the installers came the oven control panel extended up too high and was into our upper cabinet, so we sent it back/returned and promptly went back to find one that would fit. I worked with the appliance manager with the measurements from the installers and based on what the stat's said we found one that I liked. I had to charge that, because the first oven return had not been processed yet. These 2nd choice ovens had an install date of December 19th (still before Christmas)...low and behold that 2nd set of ovens had the same issue as the first....control panel too big! Sent it back. After much research it seemed the based action was to just modify the upper cabinet. I called the installers to see if they could by any chance return and install and we'd modify the cabinet after installation...but nope, they had already returned them to the store. I called the Lowe's appliance manager, explained the situation and that we had decided to make modification so the ovens would fit and I needed to reschedule the installation, and not to process the return. He told me they would hold the ovens and scheduled the install for January 7, 2026...so no ovens for the holiday, but that's the way it goes and I understood. So excited for January 7, 2026 to come! It came, but the ovens didn't because Lowe's did not prepare for the pickup by installers and they COULDN'T find the ovens! I called the install team 3 times, each time was told they would call be back, but never did. Finally I called the store and spoke with an employee in appliances that was aware of the situation...she was going to go find the ovens and call me back, but again no return call, so I called back and spoke with the appliance manager again. The ovens were found nestled between a bunch of tall refrigerators and wasn't visible. I understand it not being visible, but if they had been prepped for pickup this would have been a mute point. I took the day off from work waiting and now its too late in the day so AGAIN the install had to be rescheduled. Both the install team and Lowe's admitted it was their fault but the soonest they can get the install on the calendar is now January 22, 2026. I have to make a payment for the charge of the ovens...even though I don't have them AND the warrant company informed me that the extended warranty start date is December 1, 2025 and I don't even have the ovens!!!! That just isn't right and that needs to be fixed. Also....don't you think there should be some compensation for their error in misplacing the ovens, my having to take a day off and now waiting another 15 days and paying interest on a charge for merchandise I don't have????

    I bought a dehumidifier last week. It was working great to reduce the humidity, but we realized it wasn’t shutting off once it reached the desired humidity level. Also, it rattles from time to time. I called Lowe’s to find out if it could be exchanged, hoping the next one would work without issues. They informed me that there is a 48 hour exchange window with certain appliances, and the dehumidifier is one of them. Pretty sad Lowe’s will not back a product they sell . Shop other stores or even Amazon

    Would love to give 5 stars but... Did a pickup at their self serve area. The machine was very difficult to operate not like Amazon pickup. 5 stars to the employee that guided me through the process.
