Both Lowe's and their installer, CRST, did absolutely nothing to help. It's now a DIY project. No accountability for anything.

They didn't have another on the floor to exchange the set for so they provided me with a refund. Each item has a lifetime replacement guarantee. If I had a broken piece due to wear/tear/mechanical effect, would they replace that single item or refund me the full purchase price with receipt? Would I have to keep the receipt for life of product to get entire set fully refunded??? Definitely makes me NOT want to come to this store & go to another closet to my home. (I chose this store because it had the toll set for the great price plus lifetime guarantee).

Instead of walking around forever I set my store location, then went in to store mode on the app. I could search anything I needed at the store and it pulled it up. Let me know if its in stock. Says the in store location under item. And then,best part. A store map comes up to tell you exactly where the isle is for your product. Also while wandering around the store trying to remember EVERYTHING I needed i was approached by 2 different employees asking if I needed or would like any help. Very friendly. Check out was easy peasy. And I was able to just scan my membership/loyalty barcode directly on the app instead of manually entering my phone # or email.
