I asked the salesman if the filling of the sample chair was standard or if I needed to upgrade. He assured me it was standard. Unfortunately, the chair that was delivered is not the same chair that I thought I was buying. They look pretty, but it just doesn’t have the same comfort level that I searched for for so long. I’m very disappointed.
