They contacted the company that made the blinds and got us all set up for free repairs. It's nice to have a local store that offers such great customer service. Also, the installer was top-notch.

I was told I would get a call when they came in to schedule installation. !0 weeks later after no contact from Budget Blinds I called to see if they were still in business. I was told my blinds had arrived a week ago and they just hadn't gotten around to call but if I wanted I could get an installation scheduled for 3 weeks from now. It seems the wheels fall off as soon as they cash your check. I will know to look for alternatives in the future. I sure hope the blinds are superior to the performance thus far. Stay tuned. They have now moved the delivery installation date to 10 days sooner. Perhaps they read this review.
