- NGnancy gouldJan 30, 20265.0Friends recommended Budget Blinds to me. I needed privacy and ordered a 100 inch, electronic blind. I could not be happier. All employees were knowledgeable, helpful, dependable and friendly. I will use them again.
- TCTina CozzolinoAug 17, 20251.0A number of years ago we purchased blinds from budget blinds here in Sequim specifically for the lifetime warranty. We were told that this lifetime warranty included restringing specifically. After a few years the strings started wearing out from use and we took the first one in to have it repaired which they happily did free of charge as advertised. When the next one wore out we were told we'd have to pay to have it restrung . When I reminded them of the advertised lifetime warranty which included the restringing I was told that the employee who did it no longer worked for them and my blinds would have to be sent out for repairs which I now had to pay for. They refused to honor the warranty with a tough luck attitude, even though we had spent several thousand dollars there- so BUYER BEWARE !

They did a great job consulting me on fabrics and colors to find something that wouldn't clash with existing drapes. They've also come back to help with maintenance for free after a contractor reinstalled one of them incorrectly.
