    Had a pretty bad experience here. First time visiting the store I requested a Sales person to look at Wolf/Subzero set. The girl at the reception (Serena?) said the salesperson will be with me in 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned to 30-40 minutes with no update. The receptionist is also bad with no customer service skills whatsoever- poker face, not polite, didn’t smile or greet or apologize for the delay once. Sales lady was apparently on phone forever and then bathroom. The Sales lady finally shows up after I had been waiting 35+ minutes. She’s polite and answers all the questions - she’s also trying to talk to other white customers who are not asking for any help at the same time as helping me which is weird. And then she informs me she needs to leave and she will be in touch with inventory information, I give her my info to email me after she checks the inventory. And also to set up an appointment so they can see me properly as they apparently don’t time that day. Surprise, surprise!! that email never came. Is this how you do business? I’m spending 30 grand in your store and you don’t have a decent salesperson to talk to me? Or maybe you just don’t like colored people visiting your store? Screw that. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    I highly recommend working with Luis! He was super friendly, had excellent communication, and quick response times. We're very pleased with our new California Faucets set for the kitchen sink!

    Blanco sink poor build quality . First sink came with large cracks in the corners it was replaced second one came with smaller hairline cracks which were under The shipping straps and didn’t get caught with in the allotted time period .

    I’ve spent a small fortune with this company from cabinets to high end appliances. Everything I’ve experienced as a customer is subpar. The cabinets were designed improperly so that we now have to re-order shelves and drawers. The appliances are the next big hassle that they have failed on over and over to communicate with on delivery location and time. They nearly delivered 230 miles away and we didn’t find out till the day before. The plumbing fixtures, that’s their main business and they messed that up and delivered the wrong fixtures. I’m not saying you have great options but if you can shop anywhere else and find what they have at the same price go elsewhere. The pain of dealing with the poor attention to customers at this company isn’t worth the money you’ll spend. Edited up to 3 stars because the manager did reach out and solve a lot of my issues. However the stress created by my situation’s was not ideal for the amount spent. I definitely thought there should be better communication directly with staff. Instead of getting routed to the front desk then sent to an answering machine.

    OMG! I went into Ferguson today to get help with a shower fixture that isn't working right. Even though I was probably the least important person in the showroom they TOTALLY treated me like I was Melinda Gates. Budd at Ferguson is AMAZING! Thank you!!!
