  Duy Le was super attentive and dedicated to helping me pick a couch that was good for both my size and also the size of my townhome. He went through a ton of photos (stairs, hallway, etc.), annotated them, and gave me a ton of useful insight. When you buy something large and expensive, mistakes can be costly so I'm glad I had folks like him on the inside helping. He also looped back to me to check on the process and assist me when needed. Gordon Hollis was also very kind and helped to address some follow-ups post-delivery. It's great to call a phone number or email an address and have a human respond quickly and supportively in this AI age. The couch seems very comfy and I'm hoping it's good for years to come. I just received it a couple days ago so I can't attest to much but it seems very well built (you can tell it's premium) and I've enjoyed hanging out on it. I'm hoping investing in a nice couch will help do my part to minimize furniture in landfills and, of course, improve my TV watching experience :).

  Just left the store, spent 20 min looking at furniture, left the store, not ONE person asked us if we needed/wanted assistance.

  Wow. The best customer service. I ordered a sofa (good quality) but it didn’t work for my space and I was able to return it (wasn’t custom). Then I ordered a different sofa but changed my mind. Called them and a human answered right away and canceled the order (wasn’t scheduled to be built for 6 weeks). She was able to complete the cancellation and confirm the refund to my back in less than 5 minutes. I decided to so another way with the sofa but I will go there first for other purchases. 10/10 would recommend.

  We bought our Parsons 72w 36d Table in August 2022, and it came with a promise by RB for a free relocation within our house. Three years later we decided to move it from my home office to my studio space. When we called RB for the free relocation, they said they don't offer it. It is up to me, my wife and 14-year old son to move it. The quartz counter is darn heavy. It took us TREMENDOUS effort to move it. The moving process resulted some scratch marks on one edge of the quartz countertop, and some scratches on the floor. Luckily we did not break our backs or fingers, and the countertop didn't smash. After we bought about about $13K worth of furniture from RB in the past three years, this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. For a company that charges a premium price but fails to deliver on its promise, and caused such inconvenience to us, I can only give one star.
