  We purchased the Metro couch 2.5 years ago and the chaise gets the majority of the use. For the past year or so, the chaise portion of the couch has lost underneath support in the area where we sit. The top of the chaise cushion next to the back cushion is easily 2" below the top of the middle section cushion. I don't know if it's the springs sagging or something else, but we've have had to put 2 folded up blankets under the chaise cushion in order to raise the cushion to the same level as the other couch sectional cushions. Just terrible workmanship and completely regret the purchase.

  Really enjoyed the shopping experience here. We bought a sectional, dining table, chairs, bat stools and an ottoman. The people helping us were great and knew when to step in and when to leave us be. The quality of the furniture has been great after 6 months except for the couch. There is a fundamental flaw in the couch back cushions where the duck feathers continuously poke out and the room looks like we killed a few ducks. R&B rectified the situation once by shipping us new cushion inserts and told us to fluff the pillows regularly. But there really shouldnt be feathers sticking out under any condition.

  Duy Le was super attentive and dedicated to helping me pick a couch that was good for both my size and also the size of my townhome. He went through a ton of photos (stairs, hallway, etc.), annotated them, and gave me a ton of useful insight. When you buy something large and expensive, mistakes can be costly so I'm glad I had folks like him on the inside helping. He also looped back to me to check on the process and assist me when needed. Gordon Hollis was also very kind and helped to address some follow-ups post-delivery. It's great to call a phone number or email an address and have a human respond quickly and supportively in this AI age. The couch seems very comfy and I'm hoping it's good for years to come. I just received it a couple days ago so I can't attest to much but it seems very well built (you can tell it's premium) and I've enjoyed hanging out on it. I'm hoping investing in a nice couch will help do my part to minimize furniture in landfills and, of course, improve my TV watching experience :).
