This year we chose extra space storage and couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect. The facility is really nice and new and clean and feels very safe inside and out. The digital access and entry is very easy to keep up with especially when we don’t go there for six months as it’s easy to forget everything. We like the location as it is off the beaten path, but right there an easy to get too. Above all of the other aspects, the staff shines. Misty and her team are very attentive to every detail, and are very friendly to interact with. We hope to be back every year!

And best of all is the customer service. Misty is A+ … She returned my calls promptly, answered any questions I had. She explained the lease terms and paperwork concisely but thoroughly. She’s worked there many years and it’s nice also to know that there is on- site management (an apartment where they reside). Prices were competitive. Any reasons I initially went here is location and reviews. I found many storage facilities Don’t get good reviews. This one did and I can see why.
