I ordered a unit from their website and it was fast and painless. Entering the million-digit gate code every time you need to open the door is a bit of a pain, but they have an app you can pair with the door, so I will have to try that. The box was clean and dry and the door operated smoothly. Like I said, the lock they gave felt a bit flimsy, especially since I had to pay a small fee for it, but it was still cool I didn't have to dig up my own padlock at 9:30PM. This place really saved my bacon by handing me a locker at the 11th hour
